While diving into the latest science of sex, I was blown away by how much misinformation we’ve all absorbed: media and movies often portray intimacy in completely inaccurate ways.

This realisation motivated me to launch For Play Academy, offering coaching, workshops, and programmes for couples to explore intimacy, pleasure, and connection.
