Intimacy Coach | Executive Coach | Founder of For Play Academy

After 20 years in marketing and 8 years as a career and executive coach, I embarked on a personal intimacy journey.

I realised that my successful career was making me feel undateable: I struggled to form meaningful relationships and connect with my erotic self. That experience fuelled a new direction in my professional path, leading to certification as a Relationship & Sex Coach.

As I explored the latest research in relational psychology, intimacy, and desire, I was struck by how much misinformation we’ve absorbed. Media and movies often portray intimacy in ways that are completely disconnected from reality.

That realisation inspired me to launch For Play Academy: a space for intimacy coaching, workshops and programmes that help couples explore intimacy, pleasure and connection with intention.

A body–mind integrated approach to intimacy coaching

A body–mind integrated approach to intimacy coaching

I draw from a wide range of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including:

– Relational psychology

– Sexology

– Coaching methodologies

– Internal Family Systems (IFS)

– Erotic Blueprint framework

– Emotionally Focused approaches

– Somatic practices

– Tantra

– Mindfulness

– Neuroscience

These tools help support lasting transformation — emotionally, relationally, and erotically.

— We’re living in a world vastly different from our parents’, yet we continue to follow outdated relationship scripts.

We have no positive roles models.

With busy schedules and career pressures, true connection with ourselves and our partners often gets deprioritised.

We are having less physical intimacy than our parents. Unrealistic expectations such as “3 times a week” turn intimacy into another item on the to-do list.

Desire and passion decline rapidly over the course of a relationship.
